Auch eine Art Support zu bieten…

Ich bin beim benutzen von Google Calendar auf ein kleines Problem gestossen und habe dies gewissenhaft und ausführlich via Formular an Google gemeldet. Daraufhin erhielt ich folgendes Mail:

– When did you first encounter this issue? Please provide a specific date
and time, if possible.
– Which browser extensions or toolbars are installed on your computer, if
any?
– Do you experience this issue when logging into your Google Calendar

Da sich wohl kaum ein Benutzer die Mühe machen wird den ganzen Fragenkatalog durchzugehen kommen wahrscheinlich auch selten Anfragen durch. Zudem sind die Fragen nicht strukturiert sondern wild durcheinander zu den verschiedensten Themen. Bequem so den Support abzuwickeln…

Update: Oh, nette Überraschung: Google Calendar scheint ab sofort auch unter Safari problemlos zu funktionieren.
